MediSwiz HMS is designed to work in hybrid deployment mode. If a hospital premise has decent internet connectivity (10kbps and 70% availability), then system would be configured to work offline at hospital and sync up at regular intervals (once in 30 minutes) to the cloud installation. Financial data is consolidated at the cloud installation side and is made available over internet for the management. Medical records would be shared across all the branches of the same organization.
Online appointment requests are processed by the cloud installation and are pushed to the site specific installations. Site specific installation would cross check if the slot requested is not reserved via for phone enquiries or direct walk-ins, and accordingly the confirmation would be sent over SMS.
